Write a Cinquain.

Write a cinquain, a poem in which each line contains the following number of syllables:
2
4
6
8
2

Write a butterfly cinquain:
2
4
6
8
2
8
6
4

For a variation on this form, use number of words per line instead of syllables.
Moment,
sudden light flash,
digits on a screen alive
holding within: places, faces, moments
past years.
Without
your voice, I must
remember what you love,
what you thought of the rain falling,
often.
What you do in the long hours
will be stories you tell
in the evening
return.
