Recipe for Inner Peace


  1. A cup of wonder.
  2. A sea of admiration to people in your life. 
  3. A life long commitment to loving your self.
  4. A mountain of delightful food.
  5. A spoon full of kindness. 
  6. A sprinkle of hope.
  7. The greatest amount of gratefulness.
  8. self confidence.
Add a cup of kindness to admiration you should mix them first then be generous with the other ingredients. Be careful not to spill any ego while poring self confidence. If it is not sweet enough add a sprinkle of hope.
