The simple times of stupidity
where games and Pokemon cards were my priority
friends complaining about never having enough
while floating effortlessly in a sunny.... swimming pool
reaching for the stars when a plane went by
because stars where never seen, almost like our goodbyes
never bothered learning anyone name
i made a vow that i wouldn't stay
certain and stubborn, i was
that i had the hardest life,
oh i miss those days
those days where i worried
about video games characters
if the salt shakers are empty
or if i missed the movie showtime
oh the time,
what a boring free fun amazing time
